Having access to the 7/24 line makes a huge difference to life in Turkey and helps getting over many difficulties that one may come across. The biggest challenge to the relocating assignee is the language barrier and to have someone at the end of a line to assist in day to day scenarios that would be easy in other countries but a challenge in Turkey. For example communicating with taxi drivers, making restaurant reservations, finding technicians etc etc.
